This page, together with the documents referred to on it, tells you the terms and conditions (these Terms and Conditions) on which we supply any of the products (each a Product) listed on our website www.partybuzz.com.au (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

Accepting the terms and  conditions when placing your order you agree to all conditions set out forthwith.

All deliveries will be dispatched within 3 – 5 business days, we do not currently offer same day shipping.

If you opt to have your delivery left at your door if unattended you do so at your own risk. Party Buzz accepts no responsibility for lost items left unattended. We use Australia Post unless otherwise specified. All items will be sent with tracking unless otherwise specified or agreed upon. Lost items will be tracked and if deemed unrecoverable PartyBuzz will replace the item, please allow 5 business days for us to try to track and locate your item.

We may cancel a Contract if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.

We warrant that:

the Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered; and the Product will conform with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the Site or in our Product material at the time of your Order. You specifying with reasonable detail the way in which it is alleged that the Product is damaged or defective; and you providing us with the delivery note number and such other information as we reasonably require. been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions or been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instructions for the Product; or The Product is intended to be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the Site or as on the Product itself. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the Product strictly in accordance with those instructions. We may require you to return faulty products before a refund or substitute is given. Faults must be reported within 5 days of receiving the good. We try very hard to deliver Products in excellent condition. However, if you tell us that the Product is faulty, you agree to keep the Product in its current condition available for us (or our agent) to inspect within a reasonable time.

In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty Product, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the Product, including:

You may contact us at any time using the contact us link on the website. All complaints will be taken seriously, We will attempt to address all concerns as soon as reasonably possibly. If you do not receive a reply within 2 working days please make further contact. In rare cases our emails may be caught up in our spam filters or not reach us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise not have reached you. Please be sure to check you rubbish folder. Returns and refunds will only be given if the product is deemed not as described, is faulty or damaged by the manufacturer. Management reserves the right to make all final decisions in this matter. We do not refund or exchange on foil or latex balloons as these may have been damaged when inflated.

We do not offer returns if items dont arrive on time, You need to communicate with us if items are required by a certain date.

We do not replace or refund goods damaged in the during delivery, you need to contact Australia Post and lodge a complaint with them for compensation

We shall not be liable for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation to any supplier out of stocks, floods, fires, extreme weather conditions, postal service delays and faults, website interruptions and or illness.
